In summary, how long can I last? At least its only EVERY other weekends.

i would prefer a less busy pharmacy. that's what internet on phones are for!
The attendants of the patients are always in a hurry, The patient is always critical. The docs are indifferent, and the pharmacists are always a harried lot.
